Fulton County, GA – Young Thug’s attorneys made a last-ditch effort to convince the Fulton County court system to grant the YSL boss bond after being arrested in May. Thugger remotely listened in from Cobb County Jail to Thursday’s hearing (June 2) where a judge allowed his lawyer, Brian Steel, to remain on his case even though the prosecution insisted he be taken off due to conflicts of interests with other co-conspirators in the YSL indictment.

Kevin Liles then took the stand and advocated for the type of philanthropic person Young Thug is. The 300 Entertainment co-founder got choked up at several points throughout his testimony wiping tears from his eyes.
“I’m kind of emotional because of how good this guy is,” he told the judge. “I’m willing to back him personally and professionally.”
Kevin Liles spoke to his relationship with Young Thug, his character, and the relevance of his rap lyrics to the RICO gang case during Thug’s bond hearing
