Arkansas Rapper Gets One Year Probation Simply Because Of His Bars

Marshal Mathers said horrible, violent things in his bars and blamed it on his alter-egos.

He's one of the best-selling recording artists of all time.

Arkansas rapper Reese Sullivan did the same.

He just got one year of probation and a fine.

Last year, the FBI raised the 21-year-old home and found rap videos in which he threatened to shoot or bomb children, the president, his grandmother, churches, and specific racial groups.

He was charged with threatening a fire or bombing, a Class A misdemeanor.

He was going to fight the case, arguing that the man in his videos is a "character or persona."

But this week, he accepted a plea deal that landed him 12 months of probation and a $690 fine. He must also be evaluated at a mental facility and allow law enforcement to inspect his devices upon request.
