Boosie Badazz is looking to extend a helping hand to actor Tiffany Haddish whose child sex abuse lawsuit was dismissed this week.
The lawsuit, which was originally filed on September 1, was dropped on Tuesday (September 20). The plaintiffs — a brother and sister — alleged that Haddish and comedian Aries Spears “groomed” and “molested” them when they were seven and 14 years old, respectively, as part of a “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” skit.
Haddish relayed to TMZ that she’s relieved the lawsuit is behind her but all of her upcoming gigs had been canceled as a result of backlash relating to the lawsuit.
“I lost everything,” she said. “All my gigs, gone. Everything, gone. I don’t have no job. I don’t have no job, bro.”
Boosie can relate to Haddish’s situation as someone who has been much maligned publicly, and he wants to help the actor get back on her feet. The controversial Baton Rouge star offered Haddish the opportunity to make a comedy special with him.
“@TiffanyHaddish I CAN’T PAY YOU WHAT THEY WAS PAYING YOU BUT I GOT A CHECK N I WOULD LOVE TO PAY YOU TO MAKE A COMEDY WITH ME WHAT THEY DID TO YOU MIGHT BE CAREER CHANGING, DONT LET THIS SLIDE, this a billion dollar lawsuit SIS !YOURE A STAR U CAN PRODUCE YOUR OWN MOVIES,” he wrote.
