SZA has been rumored to have had rhinoplasty, lip filler, cheek implants, chin implant, jaw shave, brow bone reduction, buccal fat removal, botox, eye lift, liposuction and BBL. 

According to DJ Akademiks, she just had some more work done on her chin.
