Drink Champs Signs Licensing Deal With Interval Presents

Popular hip-hop podcast Drink Champs signed an exclusive licensing deal with Warner Music Group’s podcast network, Interval Presents. New episodes are expected to go live with the network on Jan. 27

Drink Champs recently agreed to a deal with
Warner Music Group’s podcast network,
Interval Presents. The network produces audio content with topics such as music, pop culture, and social impact.
Interval Presents will have exclusive audio rights and will distribute the
award-winning podcast with new episodes starting Jan. 27. The co-hosts of the podcast includes rapper
N.O.R.E and DJ/music executive
DJ EFN.
“I’m feeling good about partnering with Interval Presents and joining the all-star team they’ve got. We’re ready to take things to the next level for us and the culture at large! Let’s go,” N.O.R.E. said.
“We were impressed with the network’s dedication to the culture and the support we’ve received to expand our show to reach new heights allowing us to further pioneer and break barriers in the space,” DJ EFN said.
One rapper who also recently agreed to a
deal for a podcast was Baton Rouge rapper
NBA YoungBoy.
Since 2015,
Drink Champs has held a number of notable interviews over the years. Two of the most significant interviews in 2022 included music executive
Irv Gotti who turned heads with his
commentary on former Murder Inc. singer Ashanti and the other featuring late
Migos rapper
Takeoff where he said he
wanted his flowers before he died.
Drink Champs will still be the video distributor and the first episode after the new deal will be distributed by platforms such as
Apple podcasts,
Spotify, and
iHeart.
