Fat Joe Accused Of Having Sex With Minors In Lawsuit, His Lawyer Responds

Diddy isn't the only rapper being sued for improper diddling.

Joe's former hype man, Terrance "T.A." Dixon, has filed a lawsuit which accuses him of having sex with a 15 and 16-year-old.

Through his lawyer, Dixon said the Bronx artist would give a 16-year-old Dominican girl cash and clothes in exchange for oral sex.

He claims Joe was also in a relationship with a 15-year-old white girl, whom he flew to New York and Miami and bought a BBL.

Dixon said Joe rapped about some of these things in his 2006 song "She's My Mama."

"Now she was only sixteen I had to nurture that / Give her some growth / Waited till I touch the cat / Told she going have to work if she going get ahead / Then she drove me berserk when she gave me some head," Joe raps in the song.

Dixon also accused Joe of screwing him out of royalties and songwriting credits.

In April, Joe sued Dixon for defamation for making similar accusations.  As such, Joe's lawyer says Dixon's suit is retaliatory.

"[The claims are] lies intended to damage his reputation and force a settlement through public pressure," said the rapper's lawyer, Joe Tacopina.
