Freddie Gibbs and Don Cheadle have long been compared to looking like each other. At the Super Bowl on Sunday (February 13), the Grammy-nominated rapper and Oscar-nominated actor finally crossed paths and discussed the topic.

“N-gga walked up to me last night and said ‘people say we look alike’ and it was Don Cheadle,” Gibbs wrote on Twitter. “The fucking goat.”

Cheadle came across the tweet and replied, “true story. great meeting you, nephew. to be continued …”

Both Freddie Gibbs and Don Cheadle have addressed the lookalike claims in the past. When a fan pointed out they looked alike during Gibbs’ performance at Day N Vegas in November 2021, Cheadle joked about turning up to the show to prove they aren’t the same person.

“i’m at @WynnLasVegas right now,” he wrote on Twitter. “i should pull up. only way to prove it once and for all …”
