Gunna Coins New Phrase 'Pushin P' - But His Explanation Only Leaves Fans More Confused

Gunna is gearing up for the release of his Drip Season 4 album on Friday (January 7), which will serve as the final installment in the decorated series.

One of the more anticipated tracks is the Wheezy-produced “Pushin P,” where Gunna will reunite with Super Slimey duo Future and Young Thug. Although, the Atlanta native is looking to make “Pushin P” part of everyday conversation and he provided an explanation of the phrase’s meaning that’s left most fans even more confused.

“They talking about what’s tea? Nah, what’s P. I took out a PPP loan for this. Okay, I’m pushing P-P-P-P-P. You feel me,” he begins. “You gotta Push P. So this is Pushin P, when you backyard and the inside and outside, that’s P. You pushing P.”

“When you go to rent in these things, you Kickin P. When you go to on the Catch and spending your hard-earned, you Pushin P. P don’t just mean Playa, P also mean paper too. You could be pushing this P with paper too.”







Gunna also took to Twitter to give more examples of “Pushin P” such as “bossing your bitch up,” “being a real n-gga off the internet” and “risking your life to feed your family.” For the “P” Gunna made sure to use the “P” parking sign emoji as well.



The series of examples came on the heels of the 28-year-old taking a shot at Freddie Gibbs, claiming this album “will [be] the biggest moment of his career.” Gibbs previously accused the “Oh Okay” rapper of being a snitch for appearing on what he believed to be an episode of Crimestoppers.
