Mac Miller's 'I Love Life, Thank You' Mixtape Arrives On Streaming Services

July 22, 2022

Over a decade following its release, Mac Miller’s I Love Life, Thank You finally landed on streaming services on Friday (July 22). Mac’s back catalog continues to make the jump from the mixtape world to DSPs as Faces was previously uploaded to streaming services earlier this year.

Mac’s sixth mixtape saw features from Talib Kweli, Sir Michael Rocks, Bun B, and The Come Up.

Launching into the tape, Mac Miller launched his Road 2 A Million Fans campaign in April 2011 as he looked to grow his Twitter following from 300,000 to one million.

As he reached various checkpoints on the journey, Mac delivered single cuts of music as a thank you or sorts to the listeners.

Once he hit 500,000 followers, the Pittsburgh native kicked things off with the release of “Family First” featuring Talib Kweli. He then went on to unleash tracks for every 100,000 additional followers until reaching the million mark in October 2011.

The various singles helped make up the 13-track I Love Life, Thank You mixtape, which originally arrived on October 14, 2011.
