Mario halted his set at The Big Fresno Fair over the weekend and unleashed a profanity-laced demand at a cameraman mid-performance, igniting a wave of criticism online.

While singing his 2007 hit “Crying Out For Me,” the R&B singer suddenly locked eyes with a camera operator on stage and shouted, “Ay, you gotta get the f### off the stage.”

The moment, caught on video, quickly spread across social media platforms.

The cameraman, later identified as Ryan Hudgins, began stepping back but didn’t move fast enough for Mario’s liking.

The singer repeated the command, more forcefully, before Hudgins finally exited the stage.

The clip has since gone viral, with many viewers calling out Mario’s tone and timing, especially given the modest crowd size at the outdoor fair.

One user wrote, “Acting this high and mighty while performing at a shopping center parking lot is wild.” Another added, “bro only had 30 people watching him…well 29 now.”

Despite the onstage tension, Hudgins later posted a recap of his night on Instagram, writing, “How the night ended in comparison to how it began.” He thanked the promoter and praised the artists and their crews, noting, “Even @marioworldwide team and security were respectful.”

That remark suggests the issue may have been isolated to Mario himself, not his staff. Hudgins didn’t appear to hold a grudge, but the internet wasn’t as forgiving.

As of now, Mario hasn’t addressed the situation publicly.
