T.I. & Tiny Not Charged For Sexual Assault

T.I. and Tiny will not be charged for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in Los Angeles in 2005.

According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors have decided to not charge the couple due to the case fallen outside the 10-year statute of limitations. Earlier this year, the accuser filed a police report claiming that she met the two at a L.A. nightclub and was later invited to a hotel room where she was raped.

The 10-year statute of limitations also brought no charges involving their Las Vegas case, where another accuser claimed T.I. and Tiny of drugging and sexual assault in 2010.

In the midst of the accusations, the couple has denied the allegations and most recently T.I. addressed it in the song, “What It’s Come To“.
