Travis Scott has been named as a suspect in a New York City nightclub assault where he allegedly punched a man in the face and damaged his DJ equipment.
According to TMZ, La Flame has been accused of punching a man in the left side of his face after a disagreement at Nebula nightclub in NYC during the early hours of Wednesday (March 1).
Sources say the victim, who is a sound engineer at the venue, didn’t have any visible injuries. Scott has also been accused of damaging $12,000 worth of equipment during the dispute, including a speaker and video screen.
The NYPD is reportedly still looking to talk to Trav and his reps to hear his side of the story, but the police report is officially listed for “assault and criminal mischief.”
The Houston rager was in town to support his Cactus Jack signee Don Toliver, who had a show in the Big Apple on Tuesday night (February 28) following the release of his new album Love Sick.
Scott actually made a surprise guest appearance at Don T’s concert as they performed their new collaboration “Embarrassed” for the first time together. The song appears on Toliver’s Love Sick deluxe edition which arrived earlier this week.
